Jon designs and delivers a variety of mediation and negotiation focused courses for various clients including professional and public bodies, regulators and firms of solicitors. I thought the training was excellent and would definetly be worthwhile doing again for new trainees.
I don’t really have any suggestions for improvement. I thought it ran really well with lots of interesting information and examples to draw from at the right time. I thought the role play was particularly useful for exemplifying how it all fits together in practice.
I found the insights that Jon provided very interesting and practical as opposed to a theoretical discussion.
The role play was also fun and helpful to see how a mediation might go and the role a mediator plays
